Thanks for picking up the phone today….that meant a lot, especially given that the job is done.  With that said, Elizabeth and I wanted to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional job you did in finishing our basement.  Your attention to detail, your focus on completing the job right the first time, and your ability and willingness to listen to 'the customer' really distinguish yourself.  And probably the traits that I appreciated most were your responsiveness and flexibility to some of our last minute 'changes.'  You planned the work, then worked the plan; and as a Project Manager, I really appreciated that.  Greg and Brady were also a true pleasure to work with as they embodied your spirit of customer focus and quality work throughout the entire job.  THANK YOU Rich….I'd recommend you in a heartbeat!

PS.  Thanks for the thoughtful "thank you" gifts too.  I really could go on and on about the great job you did….from the shelves in the garage, to hanging the picture in my office, and the blinds on the back door.  A complete job well done from the very start to the very end.
